2. Booking and Payment

When you make a booking through FlynJet, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including the base price, taxes, fees, and any additional services you select. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed
  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking information
  • Additional charges may apply for changes or cancellations

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of booking and timing of cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Within 48 hours of departure: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of FlynJet, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Services

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlynJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
